Ninh Binh fertilizer factory has a loss of VND30-VND50 billion per year;
Dinh Vu fiber factory is now covered with mats, no advanced fiber technology has been transferred. Nearly VND8 trillion ($ 400 million) have gone;
The Central Highlands Aluminum Bauxite Project which was opposed by intellectuals and scientists, all of its parameters were not feasible and caused long-term damage. And so far, all the consequences have been clearly seen, in short, in terms of economics, the initial calculation was wrong, the capital loss was VND3.7 trillion, fell in the trap of Chinese contractors and the “conspiracy” of many economic, security, social and defense aspects.

Successful debt-trap diplomacy relies on the incompetence, greed, and incompetence of leaders in poor countries.
